Five of the best wooden solutions we made for ourselves. Like the post and put the kettle on.
1. Wooden window reveals and sills: striking, beautiful and made for years. A solution that does not date or grow tiresome.
2. A washbasin console. Natural wood looks beautiful in a bathroom, with plenty of attractive traps available now. We could not stretch to stone basins yet, but there is still time.
3. Another, very different console. One of our first unusual black designs, useful in a long hallway. Sometimes an interior needs no extra complication.
4. A dining table. Renovations, wall colours and interiors can change, while the table stays for years. Choose for your family: 1800 mm is ideal for us.
5. A TV unit. We used boxes for three years and found nothing suitable in shops. When someone ordered a similar model, we realised we wanted one too!
A bonus: a small oak stool-table. Practical, movable, tactile and useful every day.
